TAXES/IMPORT DUTIES

Europe

Shipping to Europe will now include all Import Tax and Duties. This will be based on your delivery country and calculated at checkout. Therfore, you will not incur any extra charges on delivery of your items. Please note Duties and Taxes are non-refundable. 

ROW 

As we are a UK based company any taxes or duties applied at the shipping destination are the sole responsibility of the customer. We would advise you to check your Government's webiste before you purchase. FAUNE are not liable for any import charges.

Refusal to pay import taxes/duties does not generate an automatic refund. Refunds will not be processed until the goods are receievd safely back at our warehouse. Shipping costs and any extra costs incurred from the refusal to pay the charges will be deducted from the overall refund.

USA

Unfortunatley, due to the new tariifs that have been put into place by the US Government we have had to pause our shipping to the USA.

PACKAGING

Our garments are wrapped in either a cotton garment bag or tissue paper and sent in recycled cardboard boxes or envelopes. Where possible we try to limit the use of plastic.
