TAXES/IMPORT DUTIES

We are a UK based company and so please be aware that any taxes or duties applied at the shipping destination are the sole responsibility of the customer. We would advise you to check your Government's webiste before you purchase. FAUNE are not liable for any import charges.

Refusal to pay import taxes/duties does not generate an automatic refund. Refunds will not be processed until the goods are receievd safely back at our warehouse. Shipping costs and any extra costs incurred from the refusal to pay the charges will be deducted from the overall refund.

EUROPE

Please note that all EU orders are now subject to import TAX and duties.  These costs must be paid by the customer and are payable on receipt of goods. Prices can vary and so we strongly advise you to check all duty and customs tax costs via your country’s government website before placing your order. Please note they must be paid before the items can be delivered.

PACKAGING

Our garments are wrapped in either a cotton garment bag or tissue paper and sent in recycled cardboard boxes or envelopes. Where possible we try to limit the use of plastic.
