REFUND POLICY

At FAUNE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us at customercare@faune.co.uk within the 14-day period.

Returns Once you have notified us of your intention to return, you have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at customercare@faune.co.uk within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
